Marisol Gutiérrez
Marisol is a Primary Education teacher with a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education. She is also a specialist technician in the coordination, management, and facilitation of socio-educational projects, with extensive experience in the fields of children, youth, and citizen participation. Throughout her career, she has worked with public administrations, social organizations, and associations, leading local, regional, and European projects, particularly within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
She has experience in the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects, as well as in team management and the facilitation of participatory processes. Her professional profile combines a solid pedagogical background with skills in facilitation, training, and the support of children’s, youth, and adult groups.
At Coglobal, she works as a Children and Youth Project Officer and has also carried out community engagement activities, workshop and training session design, and the facilitation of participatory processes, promoting values such as gender equality, sustainability, human rights, and the prevention of violence. She stands out for her adaptability, collaborative approach, and commitment to social transformation through active participation.
